My Husbands Masterpiece

While my husband was stationed in Virginia, being the foodies that we are, we found so many wonderful things to eat to that the great state of Texas doesn't have to offer. One of them was the FABULOUS North Carolina style pulled pork sandwich. Tonight we decided to recreate the masterpiece ourselves and I do have to say that it was so delicious! I had to take a photo of "the masterpiece" and share!
